Q. How will I know if you have coverage in my area?
A. 1st Care Hot Water Solutions have over 300 accredited plumbers located throughout Australia. These experienced technicians can service and install hot water and heating products quickly to get your system up and running again. If you live outside capital cities and major regional areas our consultants will advise you of our closest authorised technician. 1st Care Hot Water Solutions is also used, trusted and an official provider of Energy Australia and Rinnai Australia.

Q. How quickly can you respond to my emergency hot water system breakdown?
A. In most instances if we receive the request before 1pm we can visit the site on the same day to assess your situation and get your hot water flowing again. Where it is not possible to install a new hot water service at that time we may provide a temporary solution to give you hot water until we can complete the installation. This could also be relevant if you are looking to take the opportunity to upgrade to Solar or another system and require time to finalise your decision.

Q. How does the sale of the fully installed product work?
A. 1st Care Hot Water Solutions don't actually sell the product directly to the consumer. 1st Care provide the installation capability on behalf of our alliance partners so the job is performed quickly, efficiently and safely. Our consultants will talk to you about your specific requirements and our alliance partner will provide the pricing and payment options. 1st Care will then install your system as quickly as possible on behalf of the alliance partner.

Q. How does the 24 hour emergency service work?
A. 24 hour hot water repair and emergency service relates to hot water and heating breakdown, and is offered in Metropolitan Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney by appointment. Emergency calls received after 6.30pm AEST will be responded to by 8am AEST the next business day.

Q. What training is provided to 1st Care authorised technicians?
A. All 1st Care service and installation technicians are thoroughly screened to ensure they have all required accreditation according to state legislation. 1st Care runs an interactive online induction program so all technicians are aligned with all Work, Health and Safety (WHS / OHS) accreditation and product specific requirements.
